Save for laterIncorporating diffusion models, neural rendering, and procedural textures responsibly into professional concept art and 3D pipelines.
Generative tools have arrived in production art pipelines faster than the working practices around them. This tutorial is about fitting them into an existing pipeline without losing control of the result or the rights to it.
Elena uses diffusion models where they are strongest, which is early exploration: producing forty rough directions in the time a single polished frame would take, then discarding almost all of them. What follows is entirely conventional, with the chosen direction rebuilt by hand so the final asset is production-ready and consistent with the rest of the project.
Procedural texturing and neural rendering are covered as separate stages with their own review points. There is a frank section on provenance, model licensing and what to record when a client asks how an asset was made, along with the categories of work where these tools are still the slower option.
